Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Agreement") carefully before using the WeFizyo mobile application and associated services (the "Service"). This Service is provided by Sisttechnology Software Industry Trade Joint Stock Company (Sist® Technology). By registering, logging in, or using the Service in any manner, you unconditionally agree to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately uninstall the app from your device and cease using the Service.

IMPORTANT: MEDICAL DISCLAIMER & ABSOLUTE LIABILITY WAIVER

WeFizyo is NOT a medical institution, hospital, or medical clinic. The exercise movements, videos, descriptions, and weekly plans provided within the application are strictly for general mobility improvement, postural health support, and informational purposes only.

• No Medical Advice or Diagnosis: This Service does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or professional doctor/physiotherapist advice, and it cannot be used for such purposes.
• 100% User Liability: While performing the exercises, creating plans, or executing routines within the app, THE ENTIRE RISK AND LIABILITY FOR ANY PHYSICAL INJURY, MUSCLE TEARS, HERNIA AGGRAVATION, PERMANENT DAMAGE, OR FATAL CONSEQUENCES REST SOLELY AND COMPLETELY WITH THE USER.
• Waiver of Claims: By using this application, the user explicitly declares and covenants that they will not hold Sist® Technology, its directors, employees, or the trainers listed in the app legally or criminally liable for any material, moral, or physical damages, and they fundamentally waive all rights to litigation beforehand.
• Obligation to Consult a Doctor: It is mandatory to consult a qualified medical doctor before starting any exercise program. If you feel sharp pain, dizziness, or discomfort during any movement, you must stop immediately.

2. Account Security, Membership, and Plus (PRO) Subscription

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You covenant that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Plus (PRO) subscription purchases are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play standard legal payment systems. Subscription cancellations and refund requests are subject entirely to the respective store (Apple/Google) policies, and Sist® Technology has no authority over these financial transactions.

3. Permitted Use and Intellectual Property

All exercise videos, designs, logos, text, and source code within the application are the absolute intellectual property of Sist® Technology. Copying videos, scraping data from servers, sharing assets on other platforms for commercial purposes, or tampering with the application's source code is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in permanent account termination and immediate legal action.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sist® Technology, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

5. Modifications to the Agreement

Sist® Technology reserves the right to unilaterally modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. The updated agreement becomes effective immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any legal disputes arising out of the use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the Courts and Execution Offices of Antalya, Turkey.
